Tag-along Food Tours to Thailand

2012 sees two interesting food tours: we're off to Thailand in February:

• Feb. 15th - 18th 2012
• Feb. 21st - 24th 2012

The second tour will be to Vietnam in October (dates yet to be confirmed) - our food tours to Laos are on hold for the moment while we investigate new itineraries.

The Tag-along concept is simple - book your own flights and accommodation (use frequent flyer miles or hotel discount cards) and meet our chefs for four days exploring the sights, sounds and tastes of Thailand and Vietnam.

We get off the beaten tourist track, as we wander through hidden lanes and markets discovering unique food experiences simply not available in any restaurant. With food a universal language, local vendors are delighted to share their recipes and techniques with us.

Each morning we head off to seek out specialty food vendors, street stalls, produce markets returning to your hotel around 2.00pm. This leaves the afternoon free for you to relax, shop or explore on your own. Meet up again with your new found friends for dinner at a top restaurant.
