About the Restaurant
Spirit House Function Menu
For functions of up to 40 people we offer a three course banquet menu. The banquet menu starts at $75 per person not including alcohol.
The banquet consists of a selection of entrées served down the middle of each table, followed by three shared main courses with a dessert tasting plate to finish. Banquet items are chosen from our current menu and an example is listed below:
Entrée:
- Sweet Potato, Ginger Noodle Balls with Szechwan Pepper Glaze
- Crispy Pork Belly with Citrus Caramel Sauce
- Fresh Coconut Watermelon Salad with Mint & Spicy Chilli Dressing
Mains:
- Lemongrass Curry of Chicken with Kaffir Lime
- Chargrilled Beef Ribs with Sweet Chili Dressing & Orange Mint Salad
- Whole Crispy Fish with Tamarind, Chili Sauce
