Spirit House Function Menu

For functions of up to 40 people we offer a three course banquet menu. The banquet menu starts at $65 per person not including alcohol.

The banquet consists of three entrées served down the middle of each table, followed by three main courses with a dessert tasting plate to finish. Banquet items are chosen from our current menu and an example is listed below:


Entrée:

  • Yam & Ginger Noodle Balls with Szechwan Pepper Glaze
  • Crispy Salmon Straws with Green Shallot, Ginger & Wasabi Mayo
  • Ginger Chilli Caramel Chicken with Crispy Noodle Salad

Mains:

  • Steamed Salmon with Black Bean & Ginger Paste
  • Mild Red Curry of Wagyu Beef with Tamarind & Cassia
  • Tangerine Glazed Duck with Cumin Spiced Eggplant Relish
  • Stir Fried Tear Drop Noodles with Asian Vegetables, Thai Basil & Lime Paste

Dessert:

  • Warm Citrus Syrup Cake, Roasted Rhubarb & Double Cream
  • Pink Peppercorn Meringue, Passionfruit Cream with Mandarin Cardamon Compote
