Spirit House Function Menu

For functions of 10 to 50 people we offer a three course banquet menu. The cost is $65 per person not including alcohol.

The banquet consists of three entrées served down the middle of each table, followed by three main courses with a dessert tasting plate to finish. Banquet items are chosen from our current menu and an example is listed below:


Entrée:

  • Pork and Scallop Salad with Green Pawpaw, Coriander, Mint and Nahm Jim Dressing.
  • Crispy Wontons of Prawn, Chicken, Kaffir Lime, Thai Basil, with Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce
  • Buddha’s Delight - a Vegetarian Tasting Plate
    • Steamed Mushroom Wontons
    • Son-in-law Egg with Sweet, Salt & Sour Sauce

Mains:

  • Poached Atlantic Salmon with Asian Mushrooms, Hot & Sour Dressing , Coconut Coriander Sambal
  • Five Spice Pork with Chinese Spiced Plum Sauce
  • Nonya Chicken Breast with Roast Sweet Potato, Pickled Lime and Chilli Jam
  • Fragrant Red Curry of Tofu, Caramelised Sweet Potato, Roasted Shallots, Cashews & Pickled Ginger

  • Coffee or Tea
