Spirit House Function Menu
For functions of up to 40 people we offer a three course banquet menu. The banquet menu starts at $65 per person not including alcohol.
The banquet consists of three entrées served down the middle of each table, followed by three main courses with a dessert tasting plate to finish. Banquet items are chosen from our current menu and an example is listed below:
Entrée:
- Yam & Ginger Noodle Balls with Szechwan Pepper Glaze
- Crispy Salmon Straws with Green Shallot, Ginger & Wasabi Mayo
- Ginger Chilli Caramel Chicken with Crispy Noodle Salad
Mains:
- Steamed Salmon with Black Bean & Ginger Paste
- Mild Red Curry of Wagyu Beef with Tamarind & Cassia
- Tangerine Glazed Duck with Cumin Spiced Eggplant Relish
- Stir Fried Tear Drop Noodles with Asian Vegetables, Thai Basil & Lime Paste
Dessert:
(alternate drop)- Warm Citrus Syrup Cake, Roasted Rhubarb & Double Cream
- Pink Peppercorn Meringue, Passionfruit Cream with Mandarin Cardamon Compote
