Factory Capabilities


What started out as a small idea making frozen meals in the Spirit House cooking school has now evolved into a full scale HAACP certified factory. Apart from making our own Spirit House products we have conducted product development and full scale production runs for a variety of food products.

We have the staff, resources and equipment to manufacture and package a comprehensive range of frozen, chilled and shelf-stable food products - designed by chefs and made commercially viable by our food technologist.

We are flexible - short runs are possible. Tap into our innovative product development team for short or long term projects.

We have expertise across a wide range of cuisines - Asian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean

Our product development and production processes are designed to cater for a variety of product specifications - from price competitive products to the higher priced gourmet end of the market.

Products can be packed into individual portions (including sachets) through to bulk packs for food service or factories.
