A Thai dinner party menu of Scallops with Kuali Sauce and Pickled Vegetables, Vietnamese Poached Chicken and Prawn Salad, Dry Red Curry of Duck with Kaffir Lime, Stir Fried Chilli Green Beans, Warm Coconut Sticky Rice with Caramelised Banana.
