Create a great dinner party menu while mastering basic Thai cooking techniques. Fried Sweet Potato Dumplings with Szechwan Glaze, Steamed lemon grass schnapper salad with crispy garlic chili & lime dressing, coconut rice with fried shallots & coriander, spiced red curry paste, northern style red curry of duck with pineapple. Finish with coconut slice
