Chop Chop

Join Ben Bertei, our restaurant Head Chef, and learn professional knife skills. By the end of this class you will be chopping, slicing, dicing like a Master Chef! These recipes are specifically selected to demonstrate different knife techniques. Class is limited to 12 people so that Ben can give each person individual attention. Tomato & Lemon Grass Fish Soup, Smoked Snapper & Pomelo Miang, Crispy Pork Larb, Coconut braised Duck with Spiced Salt & Three Flavor Sauce, Stirfry of Asian Vegetables
