Asian Vegetarian

Cook the following recipes: Salad of wild mushroom with roasted rice powder and herbs, Deep fried silken tofu stuffed with eggplant, ginger and shallots, Fragrant red curry of pumpkin, basil, peanuts and kaffir lime leaves, Stirfried chinese broccoli with yellow beans, garlic and chilli This class will use egg in one recipe, the deep fried tofu, so is not suitable for vegans. But otherwise no living animals will be harmed, salted or fermented to create this meal.
